Under the Competitive Examination Training Assistance Scheme implemented by Bin Anamat Aayog, assistance is provided to students or unreserved category students preparing for UPSC, GPSC, Class-1,2 and Class-3, IBPS, Secondary Services or other recognized board examinations. Under this scheme, the amount of assistance is directly deposited in the student’s account.

Purpose of Training Assistance Scheme for Competitive Examination
The aim of this scheme is to prepare students from non-reserved classes who are not in good economic condition, but want to join government service, to get good education through Bin Anamat Aayog in Gujarat state, to prepare for “competitive examination”.
Assistance available under Competitive Examination Training Assistance Scheme
Students undergoing training under Competitive Exam Training Sahay Yojana will get Rs.20,000/- per student or fee payable whichever is less. This assistance will be paid directly into the student’s bank account through DBT.

Eligibility for Training Assistance Scheme for Competitive Examination
The person who wants to avail the benefit under Competitive Exam Training Sahay Yojana should comply with this eligibility, only then the benefit of this scheme will be availed.
- The examinee should belong to the state of Gujarat
- Candidate should belong to unreserved category.
- Must have 60% or more in class-12 to avail this aid scheme.
- Unreserved category students should have received training from UPSC, GPSC, Class-1,2 or 3, Secondary Services Selection Board and other recognized boards.
- The trainee should be receiving training from recognized institutes.
- To avail this scheme the annual income limit of the family should be Rs.4.50 lakh or less.
Eligibility for Training Institute under Training Assistance Scheme for Competitive Examination.
The benefit of training assistance scheme for competitive examination will be availed only when there should be an institution (coaching class) as per the rules laid down by the Govt.
- The organization should have a registration number under various laws of the government like GST, Income Tax, or Professional Tax etc.
- The organization should be registered under Public Trust Act, Companies Act-2013 or Co-operative Act.
- There ought to be a training class for at least twenty students offered by the institute.
- The number of trainees should be proportional to the number of qualified teachers. For instance, there ought to be two trained teachers for every twenty trainees.
- The trainee should have received at least 60 days of training.
- From 21 to 50 trainees there should be 3 teachers, from 51 to 70 trainees 4 teachers and from 71 to 100 trainees there should be 5 teaching staff.
- After completion of the entire course the application has to be approved considering an average attendance of 70%.
