Eligibility for e samaj kalyan scheme of Government of Gujarat is determined. In which the following eligibility has been determined for the Divyang Bus Pass Scheme.
A person with 40 percent or more disability can benefit from this scheme.
A disabled person should have a disabled identity card.
Benefit available under the scheme
Disabled beneficiaries of Gujarat have to apply Handicapped bus pass form online. By which the benefit of traveling free of cost in all types of buses of Gujarat State Road Transport, within the limits of Gujarat State is provided.
| 1 | Blindness | Those with 40 percent or more disability will get the benefit. And a person with 80 percent or more visual impairment and his assistant will be eligible for free travel. |
| 2 | Genetic Muscular Dystrophy | Those with 40 percent or more disability will benefit. |
| 3 | Hearing Impairment: | Those with 40 percent or more disability will get benefit. And a person with 80 percent or more visual impairment and his assistant will be eligible for free travel. |
| 4 | Chronic neurological condition: | Those with 40 percent or more disability will get the benefit. And A person with 80 percent or more visual impairment and His assistant will be entitled to the benefit of free travel. |
| 5 | General Injury Fatal Haemorrhage | Those with 40 percent or more disability will get the benefit |

| 7 | Tremor Muscular Rigidity | Those with 40 percent or more disability will benefit. And A person with 80 percent or more visual impairment and His assistant will be entitled to the benefit of free travel. |
| 8 | intellectual disability | A person with intellectual disability of 40 percent or more and The assistant will be entitled to the benefit of free travel without cost. |
| 9 | Hemoglobin | A reduced amount of hemoglobin will benefit those with 40 percent or more disability. And A person with 80 percent or more visual impairment and His assistant will be entitled to the benefit of free travel. |
| 10 | Hemophilia-cured | Hemophilia-cured persons with 40 percent or more disability will benefit. And A person with 80 percent or more visual impairment and His assistant will be entitled to the benefit of free travel. |
| 11 | chronic anemia with disability | Those with chronic anemia with disability of 40 percent or more will benefit. |
| 12 | Acid attack victims | Acid attack victims with 40 percent or more disability will benefit. |
| 13 | locomotion | Those with 40 percent or more disability with 13 locomotion will benefit. And A person with 80 percent or more visual impairment and His assistant will be entitled to the benefit of free travel. |
| 14 | Cerebral Palsy | Cerebral Palsy A person with 40 percent or more disability as well as himself His assistant will be entitled to 100% free travel. |
| 15 | Dwarfs | Dwarfs with 40 percent or more disability will get the benefit. |
| 16 | Mentally ill | Mentally ill person with 40 percent or more disability free travel and 50 percent concession in ticket fare to his assistant and 80 percent or so A person with multiple disabilities and His assistant will be entitled to the benefit of free travel. |
| 17 | Multiple sclerosis | a hardening of the body tissues with 40 percent or more disability—will benefit. And A person with 80 percent or more visual impairment and His assistant will be entitled to the benefit of free travel. |

| 20 | Neuro-Neurodevelopmental Impairment: | A person with 40 per cent or more disability shall be entitled to free travel and A person with 80% or more disability and his assistant shall be entitled to 50% concession in ticket fare and free travel to his assistant. |
| 21 | Multiple Disability | A person with 40 percent or more disability will be eligible for 100 percent free travel for himself and his assistant. |
Viklang Bus Pass Online Form Apply
For Gujarat Sarkari Yojana, an online form-filling service was developed so that citizens do not have to frequently visit government offices. which can be submitted through the e-Samaj Kalyan Portal online. The steps below can be used to complete it online.
- First, type “esamajkalyan” into Google Search.
- where the e Samaj Kalyan website, https://esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in/, will be launched.
- “New User? ” should be asked of any new users on the E Samaj Kalyan Portal. Please Register Here,” and the registration procedure must be completed.
- The beneficiary must click “e samaj kalyan citizen login” to access his personal login page after successful registration.
- Now visit Director of Social Defense and select “PHID and Travel Pass” from the menu.
- The Bus Pass Online Form must be filled out with the necessary data.
