The central government on June 14 announced the Agneepath scheme to recruit new soldiers for four years. Recently, the official announcement was made by the Indian Army that the recruitment of fire fighters has been started within Gujarat. Agniveer recruitment is currently mainly for four posts. For which the form will be filled from 5 August 2022 to 3 September 2022. After that from 18th September you will start downloading admit card form i.e. call data and from 15th October to 8th November army recruitment rally will be organized. Recruitments will be based on merit based on available vacancies as a whole.

Where is this recruitment rally to be held in Gujarat?
The recruitment for Agniveer will be held from October 15 to November 8 at the Sports Complex of Gujarat University in Ahmedabad. If you are going to participate in this recruitment rally then you have to carry all your documents and especially the admit card that comes after applying.

Agniveer General Duty
Educational qualification to apply for this post
- Candidates must have passed 10th standard with 45% marks for recruitment to General Duty post. Also 33 percent marks are required in all subjects
Physical Qualification
- The chest of the body should be at least 77 cm and then you have to inflate it by 5 cm.
- Height should be minimum 168 cm.
Agniveer Technical
Educational qualification to apply for this post
- Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English subjects in 12th standard are required for Technical Aviation and Munitions post. Also 50 percent marks in total and 40 percent marks in all subjects are required.
Physical Qualification
- The chest of the body should be at least 76 cm and then inflated by 5 cm
- Height should be at least 167 cm.
Agniveer Clerk/Storekeeper Technical
Educational qualification to apply for this post
- Agniveer Clerk/Storekeeper Technical post requires 12th pass in Science Commerce or Arts any field. But it is necessary to have mathematics or account or book keeping subject. Also 60 percent marks in aggregate and 50 percent marks in all subjects are required.
Physical Qualification
- The chest of the body should be at least 77 cm and then inflated by 5 cm
- Height should be minimum 162 cm.
Agniveer Tradesman
Educational qualification to apply for this post
- There are two different posts for this post in which one post requires 10th pass and another post requires 8th pass.
Physical Qualification
- The chest of the body should be at least 76 cm and then inflated by 5 cm
- Height should be minimum 168 cm.

How much exam to join army?
- First you have to run 1600 meters and you have to finish that run in maximum 5 minutes and 45 seconds. If you do that you will get total 45 marks. But if you finish this race before 5 minutes and 30 seconds then you will get 60 marks.
- After that you have to do 10 pull ups.
- After that you have to jump the 9 feet pit and go ahead.
- And then a zig zag line has to be crossed.
- All these physical exercises will be followed by medical.
- After that common entrance exit has to be given.
- And finally after getting the name in the final merit, the final selection will take place.

Army Recruitment Office
There are two army recruitment offices in Gujarat. One in Ahmedabad and the other in Jamnagar. Among them, the recruitment has been released by the Army Recruitment Office in Ahmedabad. Recruitment for Kutch and Saurashtra region will be released soon by Jamnagar Army Recruitment Office.

The central government had on June 14 announced the Agneepath Yojana to recruit new soldiers for four years. Firefighters Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 40,000 monthly salary, of which 75% who are demobilized after four years will get Rs. 11.71 lakh as ‘Seva Nidhi’ exit package, half of which will come from his own contribution. The remaining 25% will be inducted into the regular cadre of the armed forces to serve another 15 years. Thank You!
