- Post-Basic Diploma (NPM) degree as a Nurse Practitioner in Midwifery.
- Registration in Gujarat Nursing Council.
Age limit
- AYUSH Medical Officer : 40 years maximum
- Nurse Practitioner in Midwifery : 40 years maximum
Salary scale
- AYUSH Medical Officer : 22,000 Fix
- Incentive for Nurse Practitioner in Midwifery : 30,000/- Fix
