Eligibility criteria for GPSC Law Officer Recruitment 2023
Education Qualification
possess a “Special” or “Integrated” five-year degree in law from one of the Indian universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act, or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be a deemed university under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
Experience
Have at least three years of continuous, active advocacy experience, which must be verified by the Presiding Officer of the court or tribunal where the advocate practices and by the Registrar General in the case of advocates practicing in the High Court; or have at least three years of legal experience in the government, local bodies, government enterprises, boards, corporations, universities, or limited companies created by the Companies Act of 2013.
Computer proficiency: Meet the requirements of the 1967 Gujarat Civil Service Classification and Recruitment Rules for basic computer application knowledge.
Language Skills: have a sufficient understanding of Hindi, Gujarati, or both.
GPSC Law officer Recruitment 2023 Age Relaxation
- Max. Age Limit : Not More than 41 Years.
- For women candidates, the upper age limit will be reduced by five years, and for physically disabled candidates, it will be reduced by ten years, as long as the candidate is able to perform the same duties as a normal person with the help of a medical certificate as required by G.A.D. circular from the medical board on January 12, 2008.

Experience
