Eligibility criteria for GSECL Recruitment 2023
Education Qualification, Age Relaxation, Experience, Salary and Application Fees
Accounts Officer
- Qualification with a minimum of 55%.
- Experience: Minimum of two years relevant experience after qualification. (Articleship time will not count as experience.)
- Age Limit: For General category: 31 years and, for reserved category: 36 years
- Scale of Pay: Rs. 58,500-115,800 (Revised), plus any other allowances stipulated by the company.
- Application Fee: Rs.500.00 (inclusive of GST) for UR, SEBC and EWS candidates, Rs.250.00 (inclusive of GST) for ST, SC and PWD candidates
Labor Welfare Officer:
Two years full time postgraduate qualification with 55% from a recognized university duly approved by UGC in any of the following.
(1) Master of Social Work
(2) Master in Labor Welfare.
- Experience: Candidate should have at least two years working experience of HR functions as a Labor Welfare Officer in a company or factory (NGO experience will not be considered).
- Salary: 58500-115800 (revised) plus other allowances as per company rules.
- Limit on Age: For the Unreserved Class: 36 years old, and for the Reserved Class: 41 years as of the advertisement’s date. ie 03/01/2023
- Application Fee: Rs.500.00 (inclusive of GST) for UR, SEBC and EWS candidates, Rs.250.00 (inclusive of GST) for ST, SC and PWD candidates
Deputy Superintendent (Accounts)
- Two years full time postgraduate qualification from CA/ICW recognized University
- Duly approved by UGC in any of the following MBA (Finance), M.Com. (Accounts/Finance) Distance learning courses secured in the above degrees from UGC/DEB recognized University are admissible only to departmental candidates of GUVNL and subsidiaries who have rendered at least 03 years of service on regular establishment in the Company.
- A minimum of 55% is required.
- Experience: Minimum of two years relevant experience after qualification. (Articleship period will not count as experience.)
Instrument Mechanic
- Full Time Diploma (Instrumentation & Control) in regular mode from a University recognized by UGC / AICTE with minimum 55% in last year / 5th and 6th semesters.
- Salary: The selected candidate will be appointed to the post of Instrument Mechanic in the scale of pay. 26000-56600 on regular establishment
- Age Limit: For Unreserved Category: 36 years and for Reserved and EWS Category: 41 years
- Application Fee: For UR, SEBC and EWS candidates Rs. 500.00 (Inclusive of GST). Rs.250.00 (inclusive of GST) for ST, SC and PwD candidates.
Lab Tester
- Full Time / Regular B.Sc.(Chemistry) with minimum 55% and above in last year/ two semesters from a recognized University.
- Salary: Rs.25000-55800 (revised) plus other allowances as per company rules.
- Age Limit: For Unreserved Category: 36 years and for Reserved and EWS Category: 41 years
- Application Fee: For UR, SEBC and EWS candidates Rs. 500.00 (Inclusive of GST). Rs. 250 for SC and ST
Electrical Assistant (Junior Engineer-Environmental)
- Full time B.E./ B.Tech.(Environment) in regular mode from a university recognized by UGC/AICTE with minimum 55% in 7th & 8th semester without ATKT
- Age Limit: For Unreserved Category: 36 years and for Reserved and EWS Category: 41 years
- Salary: Fixed remuneration per month for first year Rs. 37,000/-, second year Rs.39,000/-
Electrical Assistant (Junior Assistant):
- Full Time B.A., B.Com. B.Sc., B.C.A. and B.B.A. UGC approved with minimum 55% in final year in regular mode from a recognized university.
- Age Limit: For Unreserved Category: 31 years and for Reserved and EWS Category: 36 years
- Salary: Fixed remuneration per month for first year Rs. 17500/-, second year Rs. 19000/-, third year Rs. 20500/-
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on their performance in online exam. The exam will have 100 questions of 100 marks on General Knowledge, English Language, Maths and General Science, Analytical and Logical Reasoning, Computer Knowledge and Gujarati Language. 0.25 marks will be deducted if the candidate gives wrong answer.
