Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)
- Graduate in any discipline with CAIIB and CS
Note:
- CA/MBA/Post Graduate certificate or comparable is liked.
- Affirmed Banking Compliance Professional by IIBF is liked.
Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
- Expert’s or alternately Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology teaches specifically Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics and Telecommunication/Electrical or Master’s in Computer Application (MCA) from a college/Institute perceived by Govt. of India or its administrative bodies. Applicants are expected to apply ONLINE through NHB site www.nhb.org.in from 29.07.2022 TO 22.08.2022. No other mode of submission of Application shall be accepted. The link to go to application will be uploaded on Bank’s website shortly.
NHB Recruitment 2022 Age Limit
- For All CXO Posts : 40 to 57 Years
- For Supervision Officer Posts : 57 to 63 Years
Selection Process
- The selection will be based on shortlisting and Interview.
NHB Recruitment 2022 Salary
- CXO positions : Market-linked compensation of Rs 5 lacs per month (with a fixed pay of Rs 3.75 lacs and variable pay of Rs 1.25 lacs). The variable pay to be linked to the performance rating. In case of outstation duty, travelling and halting allowances will be as applicable to Scale – VII officers of the Bank.
- Supervision Officer : Rs.1.00 lac per month (consolidated). Travelling and halting allowances shall be paid as per eligibility of Scale IV Officers of the Bank.
