Details of Educational Qualification
As per No.KH/SH/07/PRE/112022/SF-15/K, the educational qualifications for Special Educators (Special Educators) of Class 1 to 5 and Class 6 to 8 for disabled children studying in Government Primary Schools shall be as follows. For Std. 1 to 5 Special Teacher (Special Educator) (for disability category of CP, H.I./S.I., M.D, SLD, I.D/M.R., T.B/ L.V, ASD)
i) Have earned a bachelor’s degree from one of the Indian universities authorized by the Central or State Acts: or any other educational establishment that the government deems to be a university under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act of 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification that the government deems to be a university.
Moreover, B.Ed. a degree in special education from an RCI-approved school and a current RCI CRR number, or a B.Ed. with a recognized qualification (a diploma or certificate) from an RCI-approved school that is equivalent to a B.Ed. in special education and hold a valid RCI CRR number for the relevant disability category

Exam Fee:
- For candidates of SC, ST, SEBC, PH, General(EWS) category the examination fee is 250/- (two hundred and fifty whole) whereas for general category candidates the examination fee is 350/- (three hundred and fifty whole). Apart from this, the service charge will be separate.
- The sadar fee is only for first level i.e. OMR based examination of Sp.TET-II.
